PDF Editor with Word Processor & Sketch pad App Reviews

I paid for what I wished was the answer to my needs. I downloaded the app and when I launched it I tried to load my files which are stored in my iCloud with no success. I tried go get the on-line help and of course it gives a 404 error - web site not found !! App appears to sound good but functionality is not there nor the support. Un- happy user Where is the support and what is way one gets help with a product that does not seem to do as advertised ???

It will open the PDFs document but it will not allow me to do anything but read it. I cannot edit, write notes, highlight etc. nothing. Total waste of money.

How did the ratings for this app get so high? Because I might be the idiot here, I gave it 2stars, but for its non-intuitive interface with no clear click path logic to complete even simple tasks without a major investment of trial and error, my rating is generous. After some random tapping around, and no suitable way to import a pdf from any means, I was able to select a pdf in GoodReader to open inPDF Editor. With some more random clicking I managed to delete a page from the test pdf but there was no Save File icon and no clear indication whether I was editing a copy or the original from GoodReader. I presumed it was a copy that magically saved itself. But when l looked for the file, it was nowhere to be found. So I closed PDF Editor and when I opened it again, there was my test pdf. But still no option to save it or export it back to GoodReader. Support? In your dreams! When I did get to the website and find a "Help" file, it included two topics that were totally unrelated to anything that could have been even remotely useful.
